Question 1

Does BetMind10 take bets?

Accepted Answer

No. BetMind10 is not a bookmaker and doesn't broker anything: it's a statistics platform that calculates probability and fair odds from match data.

Question 2

Does the AI give tips?

Accepted Answer

No. It calculates the probability of the line you asked about and converts it into fair odds, showing the sample behind the number: which matches went into the math and what happened in each one. Interpreting it and deciding are up to you.

Question 3

What can the AI answer?

Accepted Answer

Almost anything about football in numbers. "What's the chance Flamengo score 2 goals?", "how many corners do Palmeiras win at home?", "any opportunities for tomorrow?", "which matches are on today?", "how's the match going?", "who's pushing?". Write it your way, send a voice note or a photo of your bet slip: it reads the selections one by one and gives you the math for each.

Question 4

What's the difference between WhatsApp and the web?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp and Telegram are the chat: you ask and the AI answers in text, with the math out in the open, wherever you are. The web is where the full screens live: Value Odds with every filter, Daily Insights, Matches with every tab, Market Analysis, competitions and teams. Same account and same plan across all three.

Question 5

Can I do everything on WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

You can do a lot: ask any probability, get the day's opportunities, follow a live match with the pressure map as an image and send your bet slip. Anything that needs a big table, filters or side-by-side comparison works better on the web, where those screens live.

Question 6

How do you calculate fair odds?

Accepted Answer

We combine historical team and player stats, head-to-heads, recent form, home/away and match context. The probability becomes fair odds, and the sample behind the number stays open for you to check.

Question 7

What are Value Odds?

Accepted Answer

Every 15 minutes, the prices bookmakers are paying are compared with the fair probability. When a bookmaker pays more than it should, it becomes a card with the full math: hit rate, fair odds, edge over the bookmaker, the matches behind the number and the odds history since the market opened.

Question 8

Are Value Odds betting tips?

Accepted Answer

No. "Edge over the bookmaker" is a statement about the price the bookmaker is paying at that moment, not about your result. There's no entry recommendation, suggested stake or promise of returns. The card shows the full math precisely so you can check it and disagree.

Question 9

What is Daily Insights?

Accepted Answer

The list of who keeps hitting each line in the matches over the next few days: 10 player markets and 10 team markets, with the hit rate and the match-by-match streak. You can pick the last 5, 10 or 20 matches, raise the minimum hit rate and filter by 1st half, 2nd half or first 10 minutes.

Question 10

Is Daily Insights a list of tips?

Accepted Answer

No. It shows what happened: how many times each one hit that line in recent matches, with the streak open for you to check. There's no betting recommendation and no promise it will repeat.

Question 11

What do I see when I open a match in Matches?

Accepted Answer

Everything about the match: squad, both teams' stats, profile, recent matches, head-to-head, best lines, Value Odds, refereeing with the referee's history, for vs against, lineups and news. With home/away and period filters, corners, corner race and cards.

Question 12

What are Projections?

Accepted Answer

They're the bets our model picks for upcoming matches, in markets like goals, corners, shots, shots on target and cards. Each one comes with the odds, the recent sample and the AI's read on the match context. Every result stays in the history, wins and losses, with the model's ROI day by day: nothing gets deleted.

Question 13

What are Accumulators and the Ladder?

Accepted Answer

Two ways to follow the model's bets in sequence. In Accumulators, a bet slip at odds from 10 to 1,000 is built in one go from the model's bets, and the AI comments on every line. In the Ladder, R$ 100 goes on one bet and, with every win, the full amount rolls into the next one until all the steps are done. Both show the history of every attempt. Most slips and ladders break along the way: these are small-stake bets, not a bankroll strategy.

Question 14

Can I ask about a match in progress?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ask "how's the match going?" or "who's pushing?" and the answer comes with the score, who's on top and the pressure map, which on WhatsApp arrives as an image, with both teams' curves minute by minute.

Question 15

Which sports does it cover?

Accepted Answer

Football, and we're always expanding competition coverage. Other sports are on the roadmap.

Question 16

Do I pay extra to use it on WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

No. The Pro plan covers all three channels, WhatsApp, Telegram and web, with the same tools on each.

Question 17

How much AI usage do I get on Pro?

Accepted Answer

Pro has 60x more AI usage than Free, and Market Analysis has no limit. Each message uses a little, in proportion to the work it takes: a quick question uses almost nothing, a full analysis uses more. You can track your usage as a percentage in your account.

Question 18

How do I reach you if something goes wrong?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. You'll get an AI support agent that knows the product and your account, instantly, no queue. If it doesn't know, it logs the issue and someone from the team gets back to you. If you already use the bot to analyze matches, send /suporte, and it doesn't count toward your AI usage.

Question 19

Do you guarantee I'll win?

Accepted Answer

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We show what the data says about the matches and how that number was calculated. Betting is gambling: if you play, play for fun and within limits.
