Terms of Use

1. Who we are and acceptance

BetMind10 (the “service”) is operated by CAMILLO JOGA10 PUBLICIDADE LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) 28.496.809/0001-75. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.

2. What BetMind10 does

The service provides statistical football analysis on two fronts:

• AI chat (WhatsApp, Telegram and web): calculates the fair odds of sports markets from real statistical data, compares markets within a match and, when you ask, builds a bet using the calculated fair odds, always showing the probability and the sample behind the number.
• Market Analysis: direct access to the statistics (teams and players, match by match), without the AI as an intermediary.

3. Nature of the analyses: not a guarantee or advice

The service does not constitute financial advice or a promise of results. When the AI points to a consistent market or builds a bet, it is presenting a statistical reading of historical data, not a prediction of the future. Probabilities describe tendencies, not certainties: even an event with a high calculated probability may not happen. Past results do not guarantee future results. The value of a bet depends on comparing the calculated fair odds with the odds offered by the bookmaker. That comparison and the resulting decision are solely yours.

The analyses rely on data from third-party providers and on artificial intelligence models, which may contain errors, delays or coverage gaps. Use the analyses as one supporting tool, never as the sole basis for a decision.

The specific limits, which competitions the database covers today and where the AI is known to make mistakes, are described in Analysis limits.

4. Minimum age and eligibility

BetMind10 is not a bookmaker and does not accept, intermediate or pay out any bets: what it does is statistical football analysis.

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed and their data deleted.

5. Registration and account

Registration requires your name, email, CPF (Brazilian tax ID) and a password. To use the messaging channels, you may link your WhatsApp number or Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Do not share your access with third parties.

6. Plans, payment and extra usage

The service offers a free plan (with usage limits) and paid features, which may combine a subscription and extra AI usage. Prices and conditions are presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by PagTrust; we do not store your card details. We may adjust plan prices and limits, giving reasonable prior notice.

How AI usage is measured. Each message the AI answers uses part of your plan's usage, in proportion to the processing it requires: a simple question uses little, a full analysis uses more. Usage is shown as a percentage on the Usage page. Failed, cancelled or blocked answers do not count. The free plan has a daily and a monthly limit; the Pro plan has a monthly limit. Plan usage resets each cycle and does not roll over. Extra usage you buy never expires and is only used after your plan's usage runs out.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time, through the PagTrust dashboard or by emailing contato@betmind10.com.br. After cancellation, access to the paid plan continues until the end of the billing cycle already paid, the account returns to the free plan with your data preserved, and you will not be charged again.

7-day guarantee on your first purchase: if it is your first subscription and you cancel within 7 calendar days of the payment date, we refund 100% of the amount, no questions asked, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor). Requests are made at dashboard.pagtrust.com.br/reembolso.html, using the same email used for the purchase.

Duplicate charges or charges after cancellation: we refund the full amount within 5 business days. Outside these situations, there are no prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle already paid. In the event of significant unavailability of the service, we assess, case by case, a credit or a refund proportional to the affected period; to request it, write to contato@betmind10.com.br describing the problem and the period.

Refund requests are processed within 5 business days. The credit may take up to 2 card statements to appear, depending on the card issuer. Filing a card dispute (chargeback) without contacting us first may result in account suspension: talk to us first and we will sort it out quickly.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable betting regulations;
• attempt to circumvent technical, plan or security limits;
• reverse engineer, scrape or access the service through unauthorized automated means;
• resell, redistribute or make the analyses available to third parties without authorization;
• use the service to harass, defraud or harm third parties.

9. Intellectual property

The BetMind10 brand, software, design and content of the service belong to the service operator or its licensors. Using the service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or when required by law. You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how data is handled after closure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of BetMind10 is not liable for betting losses, loss of profits or indirect damages arising from decisions made based on the analyses. The service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable at times, including due to failures by third-party data, infrastructure or AI model providers.

12. Responsible gambling

Bet responsibly: only bet what you can afford to lose, never to chase losses, and set limits before you start. If gambling stops being fun, seek help: Gamblers Anonymous runs free support groups in many countries, and your country's health services can point you to local support.

Betting is not an investment. Betting can lead to financial loss and can cause addiction. Betting is prohibited for anyone under 18.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the available channels (website, email or chat). Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

14. Jurisdiction and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of São Paulo/SP are chosen as the venue, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
